This thread exposes much of the death within mainstream churchianity

This thread exposes much of the death within mainstream churchianity.

Notice the use of the satanic word 'layperson.' It's a word imported from the language of the Beast. Village of morality churchians use it not knowing the filth that comes out of their mouths when that word is pronounced by them.

A Christian is a prophet, a priest, and a king. Village of morality churchians want to keep you in bondage to the Beast, not knowing who and what you are. God makes you a prophet, a priest, and a king. The Village of Morality is a place of death, whether it is called the Roman Catholic beast or it is going by some other name currently.

What the churchians are doing is in the spirit of the Beast they are working the fear of man into people. As a Christian you just have to awaken to who and what you are and stand up to them as you stand your ground against the devil.

The Holy Spirit makes kings. The Beast and the followers of the Beast, whether they go by the name Roman Catholic or Presbyterian or whatever - man fearing, man revering, Village of Morality churchians - hate this fact. Followers of the Beast get actually angry when they even imagine the possibility of the existance of real born again Christians. (That biblical phrase 'born again' they comically hold to be 'unbiblical.')

They want you under their control and policing. In short, and in biblical terms, they want you fearing man and not God. They know once you get to where you fear God only you are lost to them. They can no longer control you, and hence the spirit they follow and have coursing through their souls, the spirit of disobedience, the spirit of the beast, the spirit of the devil can no longer control you.

The Bible says confront them and they will flee. Notice how quickly they ban me from their environments. They 'feel' the presence of real Christians, and their only defense is to ban. They can't take us on. They can only shun or flee.

It is profoundly clear that the person(s) who started that thread and the vast majority of those involved in that board are complete strangers to the new birth, which is of course the case with the vast, vast majority of those who profess to be Christians today.

Spurgeon had the exact opposite take on the issue. His view intimated that men of learning were generally not fit for the pulpit. For example, notice this statement by him concerning his Pastor's College --

"...but if men of learning and wealth should come, the College will not accept them unless they prove their calling by POWER to deliver the truth, and by the blessing of God upon their labors." Charles Spurgeon, Autobiography, A New School Of The Prophets

The greatest men of God have never been taught by man, but, like Paul, by revelation of Jesus Christ. He who has been taught by man proclaims man's word. He who has been taught directly by the Holy Spirit proclaims the Word of God.

I totally agree. Sometimes I observe this strange fact ("...the vast majority of those involved in that board are complete strangers to the new birth, which is of course the case with the vast, vast majority of those who profess to be Christians today") and it's so strange when I step back every now and then to process it; then I react usually in the way I did in my post: i.e. to see it all as the devil at work and the Village of Morality (to use Bunyan's language) and to see them as pushing the fear of man over the fear of God and all that. I suppose I could react another way: perhaps as an evangelist to them....but they ban me when I say "Hi" ...

Well, from my observations, you have clearly have no tact, but that is commendable rather than derogatory.

On the other hand, you need to sharpen your sword. You need to learn to speak with strong biblical integration of Scripture instead of shooting from the hip so much.

I understand your indignation, and it's clearly warranted, but Jesus told us not only to be wise as serpents, but also harmless as doves. Learning when to bite, as Jesus demonstrated in Matthew 23, John 5-11, and so forth, and when to "leaven them alone, they are blind leaders of the blind" is an art that only the Holy Spirit can teach, at least to do it the way Jesus would have you do it.

And you ALWAYS need to represent yourself honestly.

But don't lose your focus, either. Understand that Jesus meant what he said when stated, "...and FEW there be that find it."

Because you yourself are regenerate, you will NEVER fit in with mainstream Christianity, especially in these last days, for professing Christianity is apostate to the core, and it's only going to get worse.

The Spirit of Christ, conversely, is only going to manifest himself more strongly in the FEW he truly indwells.

I admire this when I see it in others. Sometimes it is done very powerfully and in an on-the-mark way. They always mock her but this is one thing I see in Riplinger that she does well. In one of the videos I've seen of her she got off track and started on conspiracy stuff and the host challenged her on it and said she should stick with what the Bible says, and she admitted it to him on camera. Admitted that she'd gotten off-the-mark. But she's particularly good at using the Word of God to bring focus and perspective.

I do it too in that I have it in me and use it to see what is on-the-mark. There's a difference though between being a Bible-quote machine and using the Word of God as your Sword.

It is certainly true that many people quote Scripture without an iota of the Holy Spirit being involved in their quotations, such as Satan in the desert temptations, but it is equally true that Jesus quoted Scripture relentlessly, and he is our perfect model.

It is also important to not merely quote Scripture but to contextually integrate it so that it produces an exegesis of the point we're making.

Some people, the cults in particular, will reel off a string of Scriptures which have nothing to do with the heresy they are trying to convey, but they assume that because they've quoted Scripture it validates their view, even though much of the time the very Scriptures they are quoting actually oppose them, but they are too far gone to notice such things.

Along those same lines, there are people who do more harm to the truth by being on the same side of the truth, but their adherence to the truth is a cultic adherence, not a spiritual one.

The Bible issue is a perfect example. While it is true that the Holy Spirit bears infallible witness to the validity of the Textus Receptus and the King James Bible in those whom he indwells, Satan has also raised up a KJV cult in order to discredit KJB and the Textus Receptus. You can read about it in depth here --

http://www.lamblion.net/Articles/ScottJones/kjv_cult.htm

On the other side of the coin, Satan has raised up the cult of the critical text and the cult of the scholar.

So he's got the undiscerning, i.e., the unregenerate, coming and going.

So if one is going to defend the Textus Receptus and the King James Bible, one should not resort to gimmicks and reams of out-of-context quotations to do so, nor should one exalt the King James Bible above the Lord Jesus Christ himself, which is what is happening today at a run-a-way pace.

The fact is, it is a very narrow road that the truly elect tread, and there are not only FEW who truly tread it, but there are deceptions on both sides that only the truly elect can truly avoid. (Matthew 24:24).
