Some rambling

The great mystery religion of the universe is Christianity. When you've lived with it a long time and understand it everything else seems so juvenile and shallow. Not to mention empty.

I heard a guy who calls himself a gnostic say avoid people who have found the answers. He was referring to Christians. He went on to make fun of the name of God. We say, "Hallowed be thy name."

God makes it so that truth never goes away. His word is available. He'll never allow our minds to be shielded from the truth. Once we are called effectually and regenerated. Before that as well. Some do get hardened and unable to see or hear the truth, so we say, "Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil."

It's by grace, so we can only have gratitude.

"Forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors." Forgiveness is God's will being done in us. Like the descent of the dove. God enabled effort.

Forgiveness is missing from the false religions of the world.

This was quite a good series. You can see remnants of both biblical and work ideas.
